The screen-shot above is from the France Telecom website . They apparently have the SPV E650. So as I'm becoming slightly obsessed with this device, I try and get it. I have to login - as I wan to benefit from my fidelity points gained over the past few years. I can't login. I try and request that they send an access as I have an access for my France Telecom Internet account, my home telephone account and my mobile account. No can do. So I have to create another account. I do this and link it to my mobile. So now I login and it takes me to the mobile section at Orange.fr where this phone is not listed... If I don't login, I can buy it, but at a premium and with a new subscription. So I give up with the online ordering and call them up. France Telecom client service say it is available at the agencies. I try to call my local agency to see if it is really there... They don't accept calls. I try again, this time the helpful lady at the call centre calls the agency herself (so they do take calls, just not from clients), no the agency doesn't have it, I must order it online... Do you know what this feels like...? Like this:


Update: I emailed the France Telecom site above and they replied back saying that they could not help. I need to go through Orange upgrade services and they don't have the device yet...
